Thank you for visiting FlowReel.net (“FlowReel”, “we”, “our”, or “the site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the guidelines and requirements for utilizing our website, apps, and associated AI-powered tools and offerings (collectively, referred to as “Services”).
By accessing FlowReel.net, you affirm that you have read and accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your use of the Services is not permitted.
1. Service Overview
FlowReel.net grants users access to a range of AI-driven functions, such as converting images or text into videos, enhancing and editing images, and removing backgrounds. The platform may add, remove, or adapt features without advance notice.
2. Who Can Use the Site & Creating an Account
2.1 Age Restrictions
Users must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the legal age in their jurisdiction, to register and use the Services. Minors may only participate with parental or guardian supervision.

3. Submissions & User Conduct
3.1 Uploaded Materials (“Input Content”)
Ownership of all materials you send—such as pictures, text, audio, video, or scripts—remains yours. By submitting data, you grant us the right to use, adapt, and display your content as needed to operate and refine the Services, including technical maintenance and, with your permission, promotional purposes.
3.2 Output Created by Services
The AI services may generate new content from your submissions (“Generated Content”). You keep the rights to this output as permitted by law, however, similar results may be generated for other users since AI output is not guaranteed to be unique. FlowReel.net does not claim ownership nor guarantee exclusivity for content you generate.
3.3 Responsibility for What You Share
By contributing content, you assure us that:
a. You own or have sufficient rights to distribute all submitted items.
b. Content does not breach any third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy laws.
c. You’ve obtained consent from people whose likeness, voice, or attributes are included, especially if using identity-altering features.
3.4 Prohibited Actions & Content
You pledge not to use our Services for purposes such as:
- Engaging in illegal, threatening, abusive, or obscene activity.
- Creating or spreading non-consensual sexual material, maliciously altered content, or false impersonations.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Uploading malware or any harmful digital code.
- Falsely representing yourself or collecting information without authorization.
- Overburdening or interfering with the site infrastructure.
- Disrupting, limiting, or diminishing the experience for other users.
3.5 Content Review and Restrictions

7.3 Risks of AI Content
You accept that AI production can sometimes yield unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. Scrutinize content beforehand for reliability.
8. Limiting Responsibility
