Refund Policy for FlowReel.net

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms for refunds for services and products purchased via FlowReel.net (the "Site"). This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before ordering.

2. General Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must request it within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are only available for purchases of services, credits, or features that have not been used at all. "Used" means any of these actions after purchase:

  • The generation, processing, or downloading of any content/media;
  • The spending or application of purchased credits;
  • The activation or use of any paid features or services.

If you use any part of the purchased service, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services and Circumstances

No refunds will be given in these cases:

  • Used Services: Where services or credits have been partially or fully used, as defined above.
  • Promotional Purchases: Any items bought via promotional codes, discounts, trial credits, or referral rewards.
  • Waiver of Refund Right: For digital products or services started at your explicit request, where you agreed to lose your withdrawal right.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email feedback@flowreel.net and include:

  • The email address or Account ID for your FlowReel.net account.
  • The transaction ID or order receipt.
  • The purchase date and total paid amount.
  • A clear explanation of why you want a refund.

We may ask for further information to confirm your identity or purchase details. If this is not provided, the request may be denied.

5. Processing Your Request

Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed within about three (3) to five (5) business days.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will go to the original payment method in seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Timelines may depend on your financial institution.
  • Denied Refunds: If denied, we'll email you an explanation. We might offer an alternative, like service credits, at our discretion.

6. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you think there's a billing error, contact us at feedback@flowreel.net within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date to resolve it.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Starting a chargeback without contacting us violates our Terms of Service and will result in permanent account suspension. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may charge an administrative fee.

7. Policy Changes

FlowReel.net can change this Refund Policy at any time at its discretion. Changes are effective as soon as the new Policy is posted on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
